Cancellation and Booking Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist. However, as a small, independent establishment, cancellations and changes at short notice can have a significant impact. The following terms therefore apply:

All cancellations must please be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook the room for the same dates, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit towards a future stay.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

Once a guest has checked in, they are responsible for full payment of the entire booking period, even if departing earlier.

If a stay is shortened, any long-stay or discounted rates will be recalculated at the standard daily rate, and any difference will be payable.

Additional guests not included in the original booking, including overnight visitors, will be charged accordingly.

Excessive use of utilities (electricity, gas or water) may incur an additional charge, as we operate largely off-grid and aim to stay environmentally responsible.

We do not issue cash refunds, but in exceptional circumstances and entirely at our discretion, a credit may be offered for future use within a specified period.
